What crate size should I get? How will I know how much room they will need?

Call Us. We can give you guidance on what size your pet will need. It depends on time in the cage each day, extent of injury and whether they are wearing bandages and casts.

I am not home for delivery during the day, can you leave it at the door? Do you deliver on weekends?

We also have delivery ‘After Hours’ and weekends so we can work in with you. It is important that the nursing station is set up correctly. There is no additional delivery charge for after hours or weekend work.

Why do I have to buy a Get Well pack? I have some of those things already.

Everything in the Get Well pack is new and selected for recuperating animals to ensure they have the best. Also, items such as the beds and litter trays have been sized for the crates. All these items are left with you as your pet will be used to these items and they become familiar.

Do you do short term cage hire? (I only need one for the weekend)

It depends on availability. Call us and we will see if we can help.

Is the cage clean?

All cages are scrubbed and disinfected after each use. All bedding is new and not re-used. Sometimes we provide spare pillows but they are washed each time and are of no charge.

What is special about the cat litter?

We have tried many kinds of litter and found that sand or gravel can get into their wounds, and crystals can be harsh on their feet. We recommend recycled paper pellets that are softer on their feet. There may be an odour and that is why we include a urine spray. We do recommend changing the tray daily at this time.

What if I hire a security camera, can you see the images?

No, all images & WIFI passwords stay on the App on your phone, we do not save back to the cloud.
